Il set LEGO 7213 e' stato presentato per la prima volta nel 2010, non e' un remake/aggiornamento di un set precedente ma una prima versione ed appartiene alla sotto-serie CITY Pompieri;
al suo interno troviamo:
Seguendo lo schema proposto da LEGO, si comincia con il primo libretto d'istruzioni aprendo la busta dei brick numero uno, cominciando ad assemblare la minifig del pompiere motociclista, proseguendo poi con il pompiere autista dell'autogrù, e finendo con il pompiere conduttore del gommone.
Completate le minifig, si passa alla costruzione del quad, che non presenta particolari difficoltà ed ha un aspetto piacevole se paragonato ad altri modelli di quad delle sotto-serie city.
Terminato il quad, si procede con la costruzione del gommone, partendo da un plate rosso modificato (4571142) che realizza l'intera struttura dei tubolari, e proseguendo poi con le due postazioni del cockpit, i due motori posteriori (che possono essere sollevati) e la lancia dell'acqua anteriore; tutto procede senza particolari difficoltà' in modo molto lineare.

Si passa quindi alla terza busta di brick per assemblare la parte superiore che alloggerà la cabina di pilotaggio, la gru per sollevare il gommone ed il sistema di fissaggio del mezzo a terra. La quarta ed ultima busta di brick consente la realizzazione del sistema di leveraggi oscillante per le ruote anteriori e posteriori, e la gru' di sollevamento; il tutto, anche in questo caso, pur utilizzando vari pezzi LEGO Technic realizzato senza particolari difficoltà. Arrivati a questo punto, l'Autogru' e' completa ed e' pronta per realizzare centinaia di scenari di gioco.
Si passa quindi alla terza busta di brick per assemblare la parte superiore che alloggerà la cabina di pilotaggio, la gru per sollevare il gommone ed il sistema di fissaggio del mezzo a terra. La quarta ed ultima busta di brick consente la realizzazione del sistema di leveraggi oscillante per le ruote anteriori e posteriori, e la gru' di sollevamento; il tutto, anche in questo caso, pur utilizzando vari pezzi LEGO Technic realizzato senza particolari difficoltà. Arrivati a questo punto, l'Autogru' e' completa ed e' pronta per realizzare centinaia di scenari di gioco.
Purtroppo devo dire che questo set presenta notevoli potenzialità, ma a mio giudizio, risulta ancora giovane; in particolare e' molto interessante la larghezza dell'Autogrù pari ad otto stud, ma allo stesso tempo non trovo piacevole la soluzione adottata per il doppio tetto realizzato con due tetti di quattro stud; infatti, questi appaiono palesemente due oggetti indipendenti; avrei preferito un tetto unico da otto stud, oppure diviso in due ma con due plate da quattro stud combacianti che conferissero continuità' allo stesso. Lo stesso discorso vale per il parabrezza sdoppiato in due elementi di larghezza quattro stud.
Inoltre, mi piace la soluzione scelta per ritrarre e nascondere il sistema di ancoraggio dell'Autogrù a terra, ma non mi piace il modo in cui le basi del sistema vengono sganciate ed agganciate sotto la gru' sull'autogrù ; avrei preferito che le basi non venissero sganciate in posizione di riposo. Inoltre, sempre in merito alla gru' trovo molto approssimativo e poco sfruttabile il meccanismo scelto per allungare ed accorciare il braccio della stessa in quanto molto corto e non scorrevole.
Al termine dell'assemblaggio ritengo utile segnalare:
PRO
- Design ad otto stud molto interessante.
- Ruote oscillanti verticalmente.
- Gru girevole e retrattile.
- Gommone.
CONTRO
- Componenti da otto stud, realizzati con due da quattro (tetto, parabrezza).
- Sgancio delle basi del sistema di ancoraggio a terra.
- Posteriore dell'autocarro poco accattivante.
- Braccio della gru' corto e poco scorrevole.
Conclusioni
Come gia' detto trovo il set 7213 molto interessante per alcune soluzioni adottate, ma allo stesso tempo ancora immaturo. Necessita a mio giudizio di una evoluzione per migliorare alcune soluzioni adottate.

Following
the scheme proposed by LEGO, it starts with the first instruction
manual opening the envelope of brick number one, beginning to assemble
the minifig of the fireman biker, continuing with the driver of a mobile
firefighter, and ending with the conductor of fire-truck. Completed the minifigs, we proceed to the construction of the quad, which is not
particularly difficult and has a nice appearance when compared to other quad models of the lego themes city. After
the quad, we proceed with the construction of the boat, starting from a red
plate modified (4571142) that makes the whole structure of the tubes, and
then continuing with the two seats in the cockpit, the two rear engines
(which can be raised) and throws the water front, everything proceeds without particular difficulties in a very linear.Once
the boat is completed, we passed to the assembly of the truck opening the second
envelope of brick and passing to the second instruction booklet, it
starts with the assembly of the lower structure of a truck before
moving to the realization of the driving compartment that having a width
of eight
stud and can comfortably accommodate two minifigs that can be individually inserted inside removing the roof made with two roofs each one with a width of
four stud, all without presenting particular difficulties. It
then goes to the third envelope of brick to assemble the upper part of
which will house the cockpit, the crane to lift the boat and the fixing
system of the vehicle to the ground. The
fourth and last envelope of brick allows the realization of the system
of levers for oscillating the front and rear wheels, and the cranes lifting; everything, also in this case, achieved without particular difficulties.At this point, the truck is 'complete and ready to create a lot of of game scenarios.
Unfortunately I have to say that this set has great potential, but in my opinion, is still young, and in particular is very interesting the width of eight stud of the truck, but at the same time I do not find interesting the solution adopted for the double roof made with two roofs of four stud large, in fact, they appear clearly two independent objects, I would have preferred a single cap of eight stud, or two split but with different kind of plate that would give continuity to it.

Also,
I like your solution to retract and hide the anchor of a mobile crane
to the ground, but I do not like the way in which the foundations of the
system are dropped and hooked under the cranes on the truck; I would
have preferred that the bases were not dropped in the rest position. Furthermore,
always on the crane I find very approximate and little exploitable the
mechanism chosen to lengthen and shorten the arm of it as very short and
not sliding.
After completing the assembly I find it useful to report:

- Tripping of the bases of the anchoring system on the ground.
- Rear of the truck unattractive.
- Crane boom short and difficult to move.
As already said the set 7213 is very interesting for some solutions, but at the same time still immature. Needs in my opinion is an evolution to improve some solutions.Overall Rating-Good
