LEGO 8484: Saetta Mcqueen Delux

Oggetto di questa recensione è un altro set Delux della serie LEGO Cars, ovvero l' 8484 Saetta Mcqueen Delux. Anche in questo caso (come per Francesco Bernulli Delux) si tratta di un set rivolto ad un pubblico leggermente piu' grande rispetto agli altri set della serie, infatti è rivolto a bambini dai sette ai dodici anni, presenta al suo interno qualche pezzo LEGO Tecnic ed anche in questo caso trovo che presenti un fascino ed una bellezza che vanno oltre il personaggio del FILM.

Il set viene venduto in una scatola di dimensioni medie, al suo interno troviamo un libretto di istruzioni e due buste contenenti i brick rispettivamente per costruire Guido (il fidato meccanico cambia gomme della serie) e la parte inferiore di Saetta Mcqueen.
L'assemblaggio del set procede partendo da Guido, la sua costruzione è semplice e procede senza particolari ostilita', restituendo un personaggio fedele a quello del film e ben fatto.

Si passa quindi all'assemblaggio di Saetta Mcqueeen, in questo caso come preannunciato, per la parte inferiore si ricorre a brick LEGO Tecnic uniti da pin per realizzare il telaio di sotegno dell'auto, ed in corrispondenza dei fori all'estremita' dei brick tecnic, si vanno ad inserire gli assi delle ruote.

Altra particolarita' di questa prima parte dell'assemblaggio e' l'inserimento di due brick tecnic ad "L" verticali per sostenere l'abitacolo. Terminata la prima busta di brick si passa alla seconda, che comincia con la realizzazione rifiniture aereodinamiche per le ruote ed alettone, si continua poi con l'assemblaggio dell'abitacolo e del parabrezza che realizza gli occhi di Saetta Mcqueen. In questo caso non mi è piaciuta molto la scelta di utilzzare i passaruota posteriori di colore arancione per riprendere la scia di fuoco disegnata dagli adesivi presenti sui flat tile 2x2 e 4x4 posti ai lati; inoltre, anche la scelta di lasciare i vetri laterali di colore nero mi lascia molto perplesso (anche dovendoli realizzare di un unico colore, avrei scelto il grigio).

L'assemblaggio si conclude con la realzizazione del cofano motore, del paraurti anteriore e l'inserimento delle ruote in questo caso vengono realizzate ad hoc per questo set.
Ad assemblaggio concluso il set restituisce un Saetta Mcqueen ben fatto e curato nei dettagli (come da tradizione LEGO) ma, a mio parere, non molto fedele all'originale del film, o almeno non tanto fedele quanto non lo è Francesco Bernulli Delux, o lo stesso Saetta Mcqueen presente nei set 8200, 8423, 8486 .

Al termine dell'assemblaggio ritengo siano da segnalare:

PRO

• Struttura molto solida e resistente
• Appendici aereodinamiche realizzate con ampio uso di flat tile di vario tipo
• Dimensione importante
• "Guido" molto ben realizzato

CONTRO

• Colore utilizzato per i due laterali dell'abitacolo (nero).
• Passaruota posteriori di colore arancione

Conlcusioni
Si tratta di un set inmancabile per chi vuole avere la collezione LEGO Cars completa, anche se poteva esser fatto qualche sforzo in piu' per ottenere una linea piu' rotonda e simile a quella di Saetta Mcqueen presente nel film.

Subject of this review is another set Delux Series of LEGO Cars . Even in this case (as Francesco Bernulli Delux ) is a set aimed at an audience slightly more 'bigger than the other sets in the series, it is aimed at children aged seven to twelve years old, has within it some pieces of LEGO Tecnic and also in this case, I find that has a charm and beauty that go beyond the film.
The set is sold in a box of medium size, inside we find an instruction manual and two envelopes containing, respectively, how to build brick Guido (the trusty mechanic change tires in the series) and the bottom of Lightning McQueen .
The assembly process starts from Guido , its construction is simple and proceeds without any particular hostility, returning a character faithful to the movie and well done.
It then goes to the assembly of Lightning Mcqueeen, as announced in this case, the bottom is used for a brick LEGO Tecnic joined by pins to make the car frame, and the holes in the tip of the brick technique, you go to put the wheel axles.
Another special feature of this first part of the assembly, is the insertion of two vertical brick technique to "L" to support the passenger compartment. Completed the first bag of bricks you pass to the second, which begins with the realization of the top for the wheels and aerodynamic spoiler, then continue with the assembly of the cockpit and windshield that makes the eyes of Lightning McQueen . In this case I really don't like the choice of the usage of orange for the top of the rear wheel to resume the trail of fire drawn by decals on the flat tile 2x2 and 4x4 on the sides, also the choice to leave the side windows of color Black leaves me very puzzled (even if there was the need to use a single color, I prefer to chose the gray).
The assembly ended with the assembly of the bonnet, front bumper and the addition of wheels in this case are created especially for this set.
With the assembly finished the set returns a Lightning McQueen well made ??and studied in detail (as traditional LEGO ) but, in my opinion, not very faithful to the original film, or at least not so true as it is not Francesco Bernulli Delux , or the same Lightning McQueen present in the sets 8200 , 8423 , 8486 .

After assembly I believe are worth noting:

Very solid and durable

• Aerodynamic appendages made with extensive use of flat tiles of various types
• Important dimension
• " Guido "very well done

AGAINST

• Color used for both the passenger side (black).
• Rear wheel of orange

Conclusions
This is a set indispensable for those who want to have the collection LEGO Cars full, even if some effort could be done in more to get a more round line to be more similar to Lightning McQueen of the movie.
